Just to let you know, there is a company called Scorpion Press. They produce beautifully-bound special edition hardbacks, and they are releasing an edition of 'The Anniversary Man' with a special insert by Ken Bruen detailing his thoughts about the book. There is a limited edition print run of 70 copies, except now there are only 67 because I've just ordered three!
